Cash on Delivery (COD):

Available for most serviceable pin codes

COD may not be available on high-value orders or selected items

💸 Refunds

If your order is eligible for refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy), the refund will be processed:

To the original payment method for prepaid orders

In case of COD, you will be contacted to provide bank or UPI details

Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval


ℹ️ Payment Failures

If your transaction fails but money is deducted, it is usually automatically reversed to your original source within 5–7 business days. For unresolved issues, contact our support team.
