3–7 business days for most cities

5–10 business days for remote or special zones

💰 Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is FREE on prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee may apply.

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an extra handling charge.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email even on Zestora Orders Section.

You can track your order’s real-time status anytime.

⚠️ Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

🛑 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

Wrong address

No response from customer

Refusal to accept the package

Then the order may be returned to origin and a re-delivery fee may be charged.
